KTC Butter Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Chilli Beans

Canned beans make quick, hearty meals.

Butter Bean Curry (Butter Beans Masala)

Sauté onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic in KTC Coconut Oil or Sunflower Oil. Add spices, then drained KTC Butter Beans 400g. Simmer 10 mins. Garnish with cream or Creamed Coconut.

Rajma (Red Kidney Bean Curry)

Use KTC Red Kidney Beans 400g in classic Punjabi style: cook with onion-tomato gravy, garam masala, and a splash of KTC Creamed Coconut for richness. Serve with rice or roti.

Spicy Chilli Beans with Rice

Gently heat KTC Chilli Beans 400g with extra onions, garlic, and a squeeze of KTC Tamarind for tang. Great as a quick taco filling or with rice.

Mixed Bean Salad

Drain Butter Beans and Red Kidney Beans, toss with chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander, lemon juice, and a drizzle of KTC Sesame Oil or Almond Oil.
