Thai-Style Sweet Chilli Glazed Wings or Tofu
Toss fried chicken wings or crispy tofu in KTC Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 700ml mixed with a splash of lime and garlic. Bake or pan-glaze for sticky, sweet-spicy results.
Tamarind Chutney (Imli Chutney)
Cook KTC Tamarind with jaggery/sugar, cumin, red chilli powder, and a pinch of salt. Use as dipping sauce for samosas or drizzled over chaat.
